The first release of the bulletin, the multiple international award winning customer magazine published by the global financial services provider Credit Suisse, on the iPad was a big success.
After seeing the immersive apps that vjoon K4 customer WIRED and other popular magazines were creating using Adobe DPS, Reader’s Digest decided to use the same tools to build its own tablet content.

The seventh installment of vjoonity, the publishing industry's international vjoon K4™ user conference, took place in Hamburg on October 26, 2012. The motto for the get-together – Print & Digital: Managing Two Sides of the Same Coin – provided the perfect cue for distinguished national and international speakers to talk about current market trends and hot industry topics. This year more than 160 participants from 12 countries took part in the user event staged annually by vjoon GmbH, one of the leading providers of cross-media publishing platforms.
How do you tame the growing complexity of publishing processes and reduce time and cost pressure, today and formany tomorrows to come? That was the big question at vjoonity 2011, the 6th International vjoon K4 User Conference held in Hamburg. The audience was treated to a review of Adobe and vjoon product strategies and user stories about vjoon K4 in real-world publishing applications. In the evening, guests celebrated in the relaxed ambiance of the Favorite Hammonia rowing club.
Exciting insights into the version 6.3 of the Cross-Media Publishing Platform vjoon K4 as well as users’ accounts of version 6 in real-world publishing production figured prominently on the agenda of the 5th International vjoon K4 User Conference in Hamburg.
