Task-based Workflow with K4 6.0
Unlike other publishing systems on the market, vjoon K4 does not work with a complicated scheme that requires you to check documents in and out. Instead, it assigns tasks to specific people involved in the production process. What’s more, it can assign tasks in parallel — for example, during the proofreading phase. You can have one editor review the content of an article while the other checks the spelling. They both work on their assigned tasks in parallel. While the proofreader corrects typographical errors in the document, the editor simply changes a metadata field.
