Esselte promotes its file systems and office materials via product catalogs, that are published bi-yearly in 27 country versions with a coverage from 5,000 up to 50,000 copies. Ever since February 2008 Esselte uses K4 at seven workstations in an integrated K4- and ModeS-based production solution, that has proven efficiency during the production of 5 different annual catalogs already. Thanks to the re-structuring, the editorial department can work much more efficient. The advantage is obvious: Enormous time savings are leading to a reduction of costs for layout and composition as well as for the costs for external staff.
