vjoon K2 is based on a powerful database and multilevel security controls, and still perfectly easy to use. Data is stored centrally with sophisticated methods for backup and recovery, that speed up the system automatic versioning and easy export functionalities, e.g. to an archive system, are part of vjoon K2. The system is also able to manage multiple publications.

You no longer need to search for files on a file server. A palette lets you view and access only the documents you need to work on, delivered accurately and automatically as the workflow has been configured to adapt to your requirements. It’s the ultimate timesaver, and it’s an ideal way to help you focus on what’s important. In addition, you won’t need to spend time anymore figuring out who’s next to work on the document, which version you’re currently working on, or when your work is due. vjoon K2 offers a way to simplify work processes and allows users to concentrate fully on their own jobs.
