The publications of Switzerland's Federal Finance Administration (FFA) are confidential. This is why the organization opted for the Cross-Media Publishing Platform vjoon K4 and vjoon´s integration partner Topix AG.

The FFA is responsible for the Swiss federal government's budget estimate, financial plan, and accounting. To this end, the organization publishes financial statements in each of the nation's three official languages German, French, and Italian. These financial statements encompass some 16 publications with a total of 2,000 pages in each language.

"The control over the publishing processes for financial statements has improved massively with the introduction of vjoon K4. The integrated IT environment has freed up resources that we can devote to content," says Tobias Beljean, Vice Director FFA.
