More than 10,000 visitors came to Hamburg's IFRA Expo between 4 to 6 October, many of whom headed straight for vjoon's stand. vjoon's offering was a perfect fit for IFRA Expo's 40th anniversary show, where a host of innovations were on display. vjoon celebrated its 20th anniversary and featured a persuasive showcase of trailblazing innovations, as many publishing houses and media industry decision-makers will attest.

Most visitors were eager to learn more about the vjoon Unified Publishing Process, a publishing strategy that is inspired by supply chain management solutions used in other industries. They were also interested in learning how it relates to tablet publishing which was another focus of many visitors. Additionally, vjoon presented other features of version 6.3 of the Cross-Media Publishing Platform vjoon K4 like the K4 Distributed Enterprise System, which enables staff at remote production sites to quickly access data.

What´s more, vjoon was the exclusive sponsor of the IFRA Expo‘s Media Port forum. On October 5, vjoon, Adobe‘s Gary Cosimini and Red Bulletin‘s Michael Bergmeister gave a speech on process optimization for iPads/tablets in daily production. The presentation was titled "Project vs. Optimized Process: How to streamline day-to-day productions for iPad/tablets."
